I am a BIG fan of Tom and Brett at Guaranteed Appliances Services of Medina, Ohio. I have called them to fix my refrigerator, my AC and my furnace. Their prices are fair and they don't try to sell you new when they can repair your existing equipment.

I’ve used Guaranteed Appliance for more than 20 years for all of my appliance maintenance. The repairs have always been done in a reasonable amount of time and I’ve never had to call them out a 2nd time for the same issue. Appliance purchases that I’ve made with Tom’s recommendation have lasted 10 years or more. Family and friends have been satisfied with their service as well. Prices go up over the years, but I’ve always felt that their prices were competitive and reasonable. I will continue to recommend GA to anyone in the area in need of appliance service.

I've recently moved into the Medina area and discovered one of my fridges did not work anymore. Called Guaranteed Appliance Services and they arrived within a day. Tom and Brent arrived on a very cold day and looked at my fridge. They were able to pinpoint the problem, to fix it, and also suggested a better practice - my fridge should not be in the garage but within the house where the temperature is not dropping below 30 degrees. They were both informative and I felt at ease with their service. Would definitely recommend.

We have used Guaranteed Appliance for over 30 years. They never tried to sell us anything we didn`t need. The service techs. fixed my appliances right the first trip and that makes my wife very happy. When my year and a half old Whirlpool Washer broke, they came right out, had the part available and fixed it that same day. I would definitely recommend Guaranteed Appliance.
